My standard twin room was super clean and cozy. The tram stop was a quick walk, I liked that. The receptionist was efficient and helpful. She answered my questions quickly. Breakfast offered a good selection of cheese and cereal.
Paying for parking was a small inconvenience, but not a major issue.

The standard twin room was simple but clean. Good quality linen and towels were provided for ME. The room had adequate space and lighting. It was really handy. i found the room was quiet at night.

The hotel is super close to the tram line so city travel is fast! there's luggage storage available, it is secure before and after the stay, so that helps a lot! the staff was efficient and kind. I had a really smooth experience.
one thing, the bar was kind of busy and the food options felt a bit limited and slow to get.

The hotel is only a two-minute walk to the tramline, and that makes getting around super easy! i loved that it was so close. It made my travel plans much simpler and quicker to execute.

my room was excellent, and i found there was plenty of space for all my stuff. it's a basic room, but it was comfortable and clean, and that is what matters the most when you are on the go.

The hotel offers free coffee and tea available all the time in the lobby. I really appreciated that! also, i saw they serve fresh pizza around the clock. That is great if you arrive late and hungry.

the upgrade to a triple room was complimentary. i also received an early check-in at 11 am. this was helpful because i did not have to carry luggage during my city tour and could freshen up easily.
the shower was separated from the toilet and sink and was hidden by only a frosted door. this arrangement made showering less private and a bit inconvenient.
